Warranty Service/Sales Management

Developed for the warranty insurance management market, this vertical-market application supports all aspects of the after-market warranty environment, including: Call Center sales and managent (mailing lists, call backs, online sales), Auto Dealer point-of-sale (vehicle rating, automatic rates computation, online warranty contract completion),  Mult-Dealer Agent management (sales consolidation, invoicing, dealer remits, commissions, administration), Claims Administration (claims entry, claims tracking, claims payout, and costs reporting), and Carrier Administration (Sales reporting by Dealer and Agent, commissions tracking, invoicing for dealer/agent commissions, costs/fees/claims reporting), and Warranty Program management.

Online HR Support System:

This online HR system is an innovative solution to the HR issues and costs management problems that many physicians and small medical practices face. The system combines a fully customizable online manual with complete control over user privileges, automated testing and verification of employee policy manual usage, a client-customizable online office calendar, online access to client-specific company policies for Drug Testing, Vacation, Harassment, Termination, Safety, Blood-Borne Pathogens, Compensation, and all other components of a complete employee policies environment. Clients are provided with complete auditing capability for their users, including logins, documents accessed, tests taken, tests passed/failed, forms printed, failed logins and other user audit reports.

Vehicle Inventory and Document Archive System:

Developed for the an auto-leasing firm in Texas, this is a thin-client interactive application, using ASP, HTML, VBScript, JScript, SQL, and Java. This system provides real-time information on car & motorcyle inventory, auction bid data, other management data, and a document imaging and retrieval system. The application supports Graham-Leach-Bliley (GLB) privacy act compliance for the company through multi-level user security, auditing, fast and powerful document retrieval and display, easily-configurable document viewing restrictions, and extensive management reporting. The system supports simultaneous document retrieval and viewing via the corporate LAN and also supports multi-site usage via a WAN infrastructure. The system currently has over 200 users and over 800,000 scanned pages in the archive.

Interactive Balance Fixture Controller:

This system, which was developed for an aviation repair facility, provides real-time 3-axis control of a custom helicopter rotor blade balance system. Supports a back-end database for storing different rotor-blade types and balance parameters, plus interactive motor fine-tuning and positioning.

Document Imaging System:

This internal corporate application was built to allow a company to reduce their dependence on many boxes of paper  forms and documents and provides an electronic applicant and resume document management system. This thin-client application (internal to the company) supports the input of scanned documents and the creation of customized data retrieval keys. Stored documents can be retrieved by multiple users using a thin-client front-end with an effective query and retrieval interface. Full logging, auditing, and multi-level security functions help insure compliance with privacy requirements.

Work Management System:

Written as an Active Server Pages application, using HTML, VBScript, JScript, SQL, and Java, this internal browser-accessible multi-user system allows its users to track and manage work-flow from the time product is received, serviced, statused, and shipped. It is integrated with a commercial accounting system and provides extensive reporting capabilities for management oversight.

Database Access Control System

Written in ObjectPascal & C++ with a Paradox database. Networked application that featured interactive capture of video images, special image processing, and a complete Windows form-based GUI for system control, image access and retrieval.  The system was developed for use at unattended gasoline terminals used by tanker trucks.

Speech Recognition Demonstrator

Windows-based application, using C/C++, to demonstrate operation of neural network-based speech recognition system. Conformed to MS-Windows user interface standards, and features interactive display of speech waveforms and recognition process. Developed for real-time speech recognition in a high-noise military environment.

Neural Network Pattern Recognition System

PC-DOS collection of software programs used to perform pattern recognition for various applications, including nondestructive testing. Suite of linked programs including data preprocessing, network training, and recognition.
